1: P.G. to 1st Birth Certificate (Photostat) Class- I

2:Marks sheet Photostat Class- II Onwards

3:Transfer Certificate (Original) Countersigned by concerned Regional officer Class- II Onwards

4:Migration Certificate (Original) Class- XI

5:4 Resent Two recent attested photographs of the applicant- all the Classes
